ABOTA will continue to preserve the Seventh Amendment right to civil jury trials for future generations as ABOTA members, including Judge Cymonie Rowe, organize and facilitate a mock trial of middle school students by learning to present and defend damages, direct and cross examining their peers, and using courtroom visuals.
